R. Pogue has been in private practice in San Jose since 1992.

Stanislaus Counties as well. In addition, he has handled cases
in the courts of 25 of California's 58 counties and the federal
courts in San Jose and San Francisco.

was born in San Jose and, except for brief absences, is a lifelong
resident of San Jose.
